Villa Broken Arm Rest

I discovered a broken arm rest on the passenger seat.  I removed the arm rest per directions posted on the forum.
1. Raised arm rest to 12 o'clock position.
2. Push in on pivot point and turn to 3 o'clock position and remove from keyed slot.
4. Remove arm rest cover and foam.
5. Analyzed and repaired damage.
6. Glued and replaced foam with 3M 77 Super Adhesive and reinstall cover.
7. Replaced arm rest reversing the above procedure.

Some of you have stated that your arm rest would fall and not stay up.  You may have a broken key pin on the arm rest or a broken key stop inside the chair.  When removing the arm rest make sure chair is locked into position.  You need to push hard on pivot point to remove the arm rest.
