Motorcade club book

I am picking up a u320 tomorrow that still has the old motorcade number on it. I sent off for my motorcade package and in the book the number is not listed. Does anyone have an old book that might show the number and who owned it? I would like to send them an email and see if I can get any maint. info and see how long ago they sold it. The # is 16405..  our new family number 18070.

This # does not show up in the oldest 2013 book I have so must have  been dropped years before.

Highest Motorcade member number in 2006 is 16351, so it was bought after 2006. 

Highest number in 2007 is 16504. 

Member number 16405 in 2007 Directory is assigned to:
Stephen & Donna Scott,
11209 Joan Marie Ct, Clarksville MD 21029-1806
301-604-2571

Name, address & phone are the same through 2010

In 2011 Directory there are name & address changes:
Stephen Scott,
13400 Rich Lynn Ct, Highland MD 20777
301-275-5854

Member number is missing in 2012 Directory and Scott is no longer listed.
