Pressurized Bladder Tank Problem

I cannot pressurize my Flojet Pressurized Bladder Tank Model 20799-000 (used with Flojet pump Model 04325143). The pump activates in short spurts with no demand  I've replaced the tank valve core, and there is no sign of water leaking from the valve. The pump itself was replaced 3 1/2 yrs ago by MOT.
Thanks

If your pump operates with no demand, you either have a leak in your water system or your pump pressure switch has failed.  Does water come out of the tank valve?  That would indicate that the tank bladder has failed.

There is a bypass valve where water fill and pump lines come together. Cycle the water fill valve a few times as it could be recirculating.
