Work to be done - where?

We're going to be in St. Louis for Christmas/New Year's, and Owensboro, KY from sometime in March on for 3-4 months. In the meantime, we want to get some work done on the coach. The list includes:
full service on generator
coolant on Detroit
check/adjust slack adjusters
replacing four rear tires
replace front a/c thermostat
fix various air leaks

The original idea, back when Owensboro was going to happen in September, was to go to OTM for most of this, and the same tire shop where we got the front tires last spring. Several people have spoken favorably of Tennessee RV. Would they be a reasonable option for ALL of the above list? We could schedule a visit to them on the way to Owensboro, which would let us explore another part of the country during the time we would otherwise be going to a place that is quite familiar.

Assuming they changed coolant when you got the overhaul why change it now?
