Looking at your pictures in other threads, it appears that the lights are recessed slightly.  Am I seeing that correctly?  I see that Speaker offers a surface/panel mount bucket that these could mount to that would significantly reduce the amount of work for installtion vs. recessing.  Curious if you have any additional photos of how yours were installed.  Very much leaning towards a DIY version of your installation.  I just can't bring myself to spend over $300 on crappy Chinese Ford Bronco replacements as my experience with aftermarket plastic headlights has been dismal on other vehicles.

Not sure what work you are talking about, the original lights are the same as the coach came with, only change was the replacement of the halogen bulbs with leds. The  original 7 inch long hella fog lights were completely removed and replaced with led lights, no fiberglass work was required, just screwing in the new bracket.Amazon.com: Epistar LED Light Bar ANNT 2 PCS Work Lights 7 inch 36w Flood...

I don't think Evan's question was aimed at you.  I think he was referring to the 7" (round) mod described by J. D. Stevens in Reply #21.

As addressed below, my question was for the original poster, but I do appreciate your response.  I like what you have done with the LED driving lights and will likely steal the idea and replace my Hella's with a couple LED bars.  8)

You are correct, my question was aimed at JD Stevens, the originator of the post.  I love the look of this mod, as see here:  Front Facad modifications?  post #13.  I hate the Ford headlights and don't want to spend any money on new housings or chinese aftermarket HID or LED bulb replacements for the Ford units.  Nor do I want to spend upwards of $3k for someone else to install the bullet lights.  I think the surface mount 7" LED can be done for under $1k using quality LED lights, and I'll just have to figure out how to tastefully cover the holes where the Ford headlights & markers lived.

$35 and about one hour's time to install HIDs in the Ford headlight buckets. They work well and now off to other things. The 6" LED to replace the Hellas looks good but wish they were available in 3500K. I don't really like 6000K.

If I had the $35 fix and off to other things mentality on all of my projects, my life would be a never ending circle of fixing my old $35 fix it projects.  My Ford headlight buckets are garbage and I'm not spending $400 to replace them with Chinese crap that will crack, deteriorate, yellow, etc in short time.  If OEM quality replacements were available for a similar price, I'd be interested in upgrading the bulbs, but they're just not.  No one produces OEM quality replacement plastics.  I've gone through this on other vehicles where other options (drilling a hole in the body & mounting a new high quality light) just weren't an option and have utilized the Amazon return policy on failed TYC headlight housings more than once. 

I like to be different and solve my own problems, even if it costs a bit more and takes more time but I end up with a better product.    Not looking for a quick cheap fix (new bulbs in old housings) or the expensive easy fix (pay someone else to do it).  My solution may not end up aesthetically pleasing to some/all or may be considered sacrilege because one of the FT gods in TX didn't perform the work.  It will function better than other alternatives, will be more expensive than some but cheaper than others, and most importantly will give me the personal satisfaction of solving a problem my own way.

Was thinking of installing the JWspeaker headlights somewhere above the stock lights and just leaving the old ones in place,would be a poor mans upgrade.

I am thinking along similar lines, except maybe removing the old ones and installing some stainless wire mesh or even a formed aluminum blank.  I have thought about building a blank to fill the hole and then mounting the new LED lamps in the blank, but not sure how effective they will be that low to the ground.  JD Stevens install location seems to be perfect.  Here are pictures of his installation:
