Smartwheel controller

Where is it located on a 2001 u320?

James Triana thinks this is my headlights problem.

FOT has the controller and I have a picture, but can't see the old one. VIP says usually mounted under the dash but I can't see it. If I can find it, any tricks for removal and reinstall?

Found it! It's under the floor of the center console.

Would still be interested in any thoughts/warnings about replacement. A new one is on the way from FOT.
