Aquahot no fire/ diesel drip out the exhaust

Aqua hot will not fire. Its dripping diesel out of the exhaust. Works with electric. Used it 2 months ago and was working fine . Lucky I went to the lake instead of the mountains where the nights are I. The 20's. .. lake is 78 today

I check continuity of the thermostats(in the aqua hot)

I also had service done and the flame housing(sp) nozzle and such was replaced. I have to have fixed asap (before thanksgiving) headed to Phoenix and puerto Penasco for a week or so

For future needs.. the coil was out!! Thanks to Rudy for the help. Found 1 in town and it is purring better than it was ... Probably has been losing power as I Would have smoke and other start issues before it totally failed..

Dripping through the exhaust was caused by a no fire and the coil partially worked so it thought it was trying (the board) so it kept pushing diesel to it so thats why it was leaking through the exhaust

John, that would be the ignition coil. It's what makes the high voltage to ignite the fuel.

Yes, it was. Funny thing is that it sounded like it was trying to ignite but I think either it was very low on power or 1 leg had given up. When starting it would take a couple tries.. a little smoke and away it ran.. now it starts the first kick and no smoke.. it is working top notch now.. very smooth
