Air leak on throttle of my 1995 U-240

I have a steady leak from the throttle base. Can not find any info on the pedal assembly. At 22 years old probably needs rebuilding.

I have another air leak on the switch behind the air gauge, any thoughts where to get a new one.

Here is the link on my rebuild of our throttle valve.  Hopefully, it is the same valve in your coach.

Williams Controls WM453109 Air Throttle Valve

Might need a photo of "the switch behind the air gauge" to properly identify what it is.  On our coach there is a solenoid valve that controls air flow to the air horns.  Is that what you are looking at?  It is a Hadley solenoid, part #H00550B.  They are widely available.  Google search for the best price if you decide to buy one.

Amazon.com: Hadley Horns H00550B 12 Volt Tank Mount Solenoid: Automotive

On any of these old original air system switches and valves, if you can find a identifying part number, then a new part can usually be found by searching online with Google.  Even if the original switch is no longer available, a suitable substitute will often be available.

This should be what you need Williams Controls repair kit #117103 but double check to make sure as we are on the road and this is by memory.

I checked the link to the rebuild kit in my old thread (above) and found it is "dead".  Below is a pretty good price on the kit:
