Mystery t-stat

There is a blower with a t-stat in main storage bay of my 2001 U320. The t-stat goes from 80 to 130 and has " cooler" with arrows on it. It's getting chilly at night, here in Texas. What is it, and where should I set it?? Thanks

With those numbers it is not for keeping warm. It is set to turn on the blower when it gets up to the temperature set on the thermostat.

If that is in your electronics bay, it is probably to remove heat from that compartment. It should have a hose to outside. I set mine at 100 f. Your wet bay should have a thermostat controlling a heat exchanger to prevent freezing. That one I set at 40 f.
