2001 U320 HWH level system problem

Trying to help a friend with his HWH level system.  Coach is 2001 42' tag axle U320.  When parked with engine running, pressing the "Air" button results in ALL lights on the HWH system coming on and nothing happening.  Pressing the "OFF" takes the system back to "Travel" mode.  The room slide operates normally
Has anyone seen this problem before?  Any known cures?

What does he want to happen?  If he is trying to level the coach, try pushing the "Air" button a second time.  On my system, first push turns the system on, second push puts it in auto level mode.

Press once to turn it on and be in manual leveling mode.  Press twice for auto level mode.

I push once to activate, twice to bring the jacks down (with room to insert blocks), then the third time locks the jacks in.

Might be helpful to raise the dash cover and insure the connector is seated properly on the HWH panel.  I've had mine work loose a time or two.

Does it go into travel mode?

Go in the basement and turn the little black dial on the side of the box from 110 to 220

That will bypass all the safety stuff and you should get it forced into or out of travel mode
