I would start with the easiest one, the basement. Take off the metal tray in the center of the basement ceiling (goes down the center of the compartment ceiling front to back), that covers the electrical, air, and fuel lines, and see what you find. Look for wet areas from diesel spilled from old hoses when changed or new leaks. New hose could of been stretched or twisted, either can cause a failure. Bedroom area, I'd check for exhaust leak around bed area seal and/or any openings that may have been inadvertently opened around base of bed or rear cap.
