Roof A/C start/run Capacitors
I just replaced the start/run capacitors on my factory Dometic roof air conditioner. While I was in there I decided to change both rather than spending the time to figure out which one was bad.
I was able to find them at Dyers RV and Trailer.
37685 Dometic A/C Capacitor 50/15 MFD $35.25
83679 Dometic A/C Start Capacitor 47-56 MFD/250V $19.99
Unit now starts and runs as designed.
The new 50/15 was shorter and larger than the original but it fit in the bracket just fine.
Wiring was simple, one wire off and one wire on.
Also PM'd the motor and coils.
I hope this helps someone that has a similar unit that will not start and run.
