Additional refrigeration / freezer storage Dometic CF-80US Portable Freezer/Refr

I've used this 2.8 cu ft Amazon.com: Dometic CF-80US Portable Freezer/Refrigerator - 2.8 cu. ft.:... and it perfectly gives us additional refrigeration or freezer storage depending on our needs.  Kept in the basement, it runs on 12V, 24V or 110V.  How do you use yours?

Just today from the following jcus post did I learn why this unit, with a Danfoss compressor, costs so much and functions so well.  24hr Battery Drawdown Test

Since over the years I have heard so many good things about this unit (was almost standard equipment on the high end Newmar rvs), I felt it would be good to share how well this unit works and lasts.

My favorite story was from a customer that in the summer visiting Oregon they picked wild berrys, froze, and stored them in the Dometic.  When full (so they said) they returned to AZ and when they ran out of berrys would return to Oregon to pick and start the cycle over again.  They said they had done it for years.

I have the earlier edition of this one. Maybe built in the 80's, still keeps adult beverages cold in the garage for me using 110 v. Not sure if a danfoss, but will freeze down to -2 if used as freezer.

This is on my wish list.... need a freezer for storing my game & fish when out and about..
I see that I have a buss bar relay in the electronics's bay labeled for the freezer, but the wiring has not been installed over to the passenger side of the thru bay.
But first got to find the vacuum leak in the toilet system, and get the leveling system to wake up & level from the "sleep mode"..........
If it isn't one thing its three..

We use our dometic 100 lb chest refer/freezer on every trip.  Set to 35 degrees.  Very efficient.  Maybe 50 amp hours max over night. Bulky refer items and some seal a meal entrees and zip locked breads and aluminum foiled pizza work great,

Or on a long Midwest trip I made a large pot of pasta sauce and prechilled it at home then served maybe 25 plates out of it across the country.

The links show a current dometic which is a reversed unit,  lid and handle are backwards as is the electric plug.  Wrong end
