Went to 2 micron filter

The aqua hot as I understand it has a 10 micron filter.  I had a nozzle giving some problem, put in new nozzle but MOT had me change to a 2 micron filter.  Had little trash or something in the nozzle, seems to have gotten thru the 10 micron.  In any case, MOT says been checking this more and as are using a 5  micron for fuel cleaning, other filters for other positions in the gen and engine, this seems better for the nozzle.

Just FYI, not some new discovery or admonition you do this!

The blue smoke though is gone.

A one or two micron filter is always better no matter what you are filtering. They can clog up faster in some applications but as long as you have spares, no big deal. Later common rail diesel injection likes the fine filters. Don't ever make the mistake of fitting the wrong one here.
