Found a 36' '99 270 on a sales lot..Coburg OR.

Surprised me.
On my way to Cummins in Coburg, Oregon thought I saw something familiar, but did not slow down..
Got the filters for the gennie and on the way back stopped at a little Consignment/For Sale lot across from Crappy World..
Well Well....
A '99 36', 270 non slide asking $49,995
abt 130k on the clock
looks worn, but clean thruout
Has Extreme's updated headlights
Looks to have near new decal stripes
tires dated '13
hold open door latch broken
pocket door needs new grab handle
no A/C extensions in ceiling ductwork
needs upgrades for TV's
table and chairs (no dinette)
Snakey windows (at least Window Solutions are here in town)
May have a very minor touch of de-lamination under passenger side bedroom window.
Didn't have time to look any further..
I did get a business card ,....

I've been seeing it on internet after doing a 270 and 295 search.

Almost flew out to see that one after the one near Denver didn't work for us. Glad we got a call about ours!
