Florida Sun Pass

Has anyone here had problems with the Florida Sun Pass?

Last year on the toll road between Florida City and Wildwood, with our motorhome towing our F150 the toll fee went from 4 axles to 6, 9, 7, 5.  It took my wife 3 mts to finally get it squared away. Which means that they credited our account. No refund.
This year with our motorhome and same F150, the same toll road, this time between Ft Pierce and Wildwood, we went 5 to 6 to 5 axles. She has been on the phone with Sun pass for a month and getting a lot of run around, but no resolution.

Last year went to Key West in April.  Then my wife spent the next 6 months trying to get the billing correct.

Dick...tell them you want to see the photo going through the toll showing the excessive axles they are charging you for. They have the photo records by your vehicle tag.

We    have had zero issues getting issues resolved. They look at the camera shot and make the correction. One time they sent a bill to the owner of a car on the trailer ..

Thanks everyone for the feedback. We have asked for the pictures, but I guess that it a bit of time to get them developed at the local drugstore that doesn't have 24 hr service.
My wife will just keep after them.
