Anyone Have The Cooling System Part Numbers For A '91 3208?

I am getting ready to service the cooling system on my '91 U280 with a 3208 Cat.  Does anyone happen to have the part numbers for the radiator cap, thermostats, gaskets, radiator hoses, and the two small hoses to the oil cooler?  I suppose I could call Foretravel tomorrow, but if if any has the numbers handy that would be nice.

BTW, an tips on this project?  The current plan is simply to drain, flush, replace filter, hoses and thermostats, then refill.  I  have been considering buying a coolant air lift to make it a bit easier.  I have also been considering replacing the heater hoses in the engine compartment and adding two valves to isolate the heater and one to by-pass the lines.  That way any future failure of the 70 plus feet of heater hose or the heater core would not put the coach dead at the side of the road.

When I got my coach I replaced all my hoses etc front to back 6V92 Detroit. I installed 2 valves at the engine for the heater hoses. The radiator hoses were just short straight pieces I cut from a straight stick of the correct size silicone hose. Te bottom hose on mine was a preformed curved hose that was pretty hard to find locally so I had a stainless elbow made up and used straight pieces from water pump and radiator. BHTubes.com

The heater hoses in the chase looked as good as the ones I installed. Should i do it again i would just splice new hose into them back in the engine area where the elements are, heat etc. My coach held almost 20 gallons of coolant so have plenty of buckets when you do this. I carried my old A/F to recycling center. I chose to use fleet charge antifreeze and use a maintenance filter that keeps levels automatically. says change every 18 months. I'm sure caterpuller has their own spec for your engine whatever they recommend,etc.
Hoses to my retarder I replaced with gates green stripe hoses. Basically silicone in the high heat areas and Green stripe everywhere else. Also use the spring loaded hose clamps on all hoses and Full wrap clamps on heater hoses if they are not there now.

You can get the engine parts part numbers from Cat,that's probably where you'll be getting the parts from anyway.I f I had that
engine I would look on Ebay for a parts book,the engine will be older then the parts person,then you can give him the part numbers.

You will probably have to make all of your own hoses.  I was able to get thermostats and a gasket, You will probably be OK there.  My 91 GV is on an Oshkosh chassis and those parts just aren't there anymore.  Improvise is the key to continued operation.  Have a great day  ----  Fritz

Rad cap gates 31309 10 lb.
(2) Thermostats and gasket from cat $40 so not bad
Valves are good idea.

TWO BOLTS on THERMOSTAT HOUSING ARE THROUGH BOLTS and HAVE NUTS on THE BACKSIDE so don't totally freak out like i did.
