Retractable awning

One of my standard window sized retractable awnings is just hanging down.  What is the fix for this?  I need to get this fixed before I can put the coach back on Ebay.  Thanks.

Dwayne,

Could have broken the spring that is inside the tube.  It isn't that big of a job to replace the spring if it has broken. You just need to take care in winding the spring tension so it is correct for the length of awning you have.
