I bet you could add a tv elevator and not lose the side window.

I am still searching for my coach but...

That is my plan for relocation of the TV.  I plan to have built or build myself a slim tv lift cabinet the length of the window.  The top of the cabinet would extend into the window replacing the sill.  The side table\cabinet would move to the front of the tv lift cabinet and would appear as a part of it (especially with the trapezoidal side table\cabinet).  This would allow relocation of electrical and Aqua Hot register with the side table.  The side table\cabinet could also be utilized for A\V storage.  I anticipate it would only move the side table toward the aisle 8"-10".

Depending on the coach I get, it may be the above is on the driver side.  There are additional benefits to it on the driver side including use of the co-pilot seat for viewing and having the seating on the patio side.

I have yet to see what I describe above.  Typically when it is done, it is done building a much larger in width cabinet that is used for storage or as a desk or such.

I think you could add a camera on the back side of the TV and see what is outside on the TV. 🌻
Lots of very clever lift options, not all are called TV Lifts, they tend to be much cheaper.

We have plans to do something like what you describe! I think it will really open up the space.
