Air valve in wet bay

I have been told in the past by forum members that I may have a leaking air in wet bay area.

Questions I have are what does air value look like

It's location

And would I have to dump all air before I work on it

How would a person dump all air if required. Take you in advance

I am not aware of any air fittings in the wet bay of the year of your coach. If there is then someone added it after the coach was built. Can you hear air leaking? You can open the drain valves on both front air tankis to get the air out of the system or you can fan the brake pedal to exhaust the air from the system.

I'm not sure about your model but many have the wet tank drain valve under the aft wet bay bulkhead (just ahead of the driver side dual tires). An air line runs from this valve directly to the main air tank. Usually there's a little label indicating its presence. Also, you might have an air quick connect like the one in the third photo. My rig (97) had one of these in the wet bay and on the other side too.

As I recall on my '87 the valve was in the compartment just in front of the door. It looked like a regular water valve for your garden hose w/ a quick disconnect sticking out towards the door. Or maybe it was in the one just behind the door.

Your right twig, in compartment in front of the entry door. Bigfoot has two threads on this issue, and I think he has narrowed it down to the left rear ride height valve just aft of the wet bay.
