Melting temp. of The bottom Fiberglass pan material?

Replaced the Aquahot exhaust today with 2" tubing and wrapped it in heat tape.  The type used for engine headers and pipes and was just wondering at what temperature the bottom pan melts?

My laser temp gun showed a temp of 185F near the chrome tip and 195 by the AH elbow.  The distance between the elbow and the tip is 104".

Thoughts?

I think it is a Filon sheet but not sure.  I have found other FRP sheet material was is rated to 210 °C (~410° F).
