No Headlights

All exterior lights work except headlights and aux lights (I understand that the aux lights won't work unless the headlights are operational).  We have determined that the switch is OK.  Cannot find the headlight relay.  James T indicated that the relay should be behind the instrument cluster.  Found 2 relays.  One is clearly labeled and identified as for "Gauges, Sw Lights, Warning Bar."  There is no identifiable number on the wiring to the second relay but 1 wire clearly says "headlight."  It is hard to imagine that this is the headlight relay because all wires appear to be 18 ga.  I did exchange the 2 relays and it did not make any difference.  Thoughts?

Try the high low switch.

If that doesn't work. Check the bulb. Had both go out on my Chevy 1 time.. impossible? Pretty close but it did happen

I'm not sure on a '09 Nimbus but on a '06 Nimbus the headlight relays are mounted on the side of the breaker panel that is hid in the passengers side of the dash.

Might want to check the headlight driver module. James would have covered this, I'm sure, but each high intensity headlight is driven by a module which is mounted close to the headlight (on my Phenix they are like that). Check voltage to each and that they are outputing voltage too. If you have voltage at the module, relays and all other switches are working fine and it would confirm the modules need to be replaced.

Caution on checking those modules, there can be some high output voltages!  Pretty unlikely that all of them would go out at the same time, imagine your problem is upstream.
