I've told clients that a million times. The reason? I refused to accept the liability. Their attitude, though, was b.s. in that they should have explained where they were coming from a little better. It IS odd, though, that they badmouthed a product they were the REPS for. I'd bet, your local wine drinking mechanics will do a perfect job, AND, I'd be telling the powers that be at R&R that, with mouthy, unsatisfied customers (especially with the 'net), the WORD will get around!
