Should be a 20 amp fuse under the dash.

I believe mine is a breaker behind a fiberglass panel in the basement center bay area.  It has been a year, and I am away from the RV and books. It contains alot of 12 resetable breakers.  I had a loose wire on the light breaker and it was causing an issue.  Was easy to find with a volt meter.

This was my problem, no turn signals after having alignment done.  It ended up being loose terminal at 2 rows of 12v breakers in basement area talked about above.  It had nothing to do with alignment, just another issue, not difficult to trace down had I known where the breaker was.

Turn signals not working after alignment

Like Jack said look on the side of the breaker for a small button that has popped out and push it back in to reset the breaker.  There are 2 rows of breakers there.

My 88 has a 20 fuse block  closest to the windshield . This is fed from the run solenoid.
The running lights are far right row, second from top , 20 amp.
Brake lights are same row, bottom 15 amp .
If neither work, check the ground  strap to the chassis  under the tail lights.

Bigfoot, lift up your dash pad, (the hold top is hinged) and under there you'll find a fuse panel. You manual will tell you what location in the fuse panel and what amp. the fuse should be. You look for 2 different curcit, so you have 2 different issues going on, but the is a good starting point.
Good luck in the hunt!
