Turn signal switch replacement 2000 U320

So I have the turn signal replacement switch and included with the switch is a small tube labeled "grease for horn brush"

Anyone know what to do with it?

It looks to me to just bolt to the column, there is a ring above the switch, I'm assuming that's for the horn.

That ring is the contacter for the steering wheel controls which includes the horn.
