Procedure for replacing the desiccant in my Wilkerson filter/dryer.

On my 2005 U270, What is the procedure for replacing the desiccant in my Wilkerson filter/dryer. 2 pictures attached. I see an arrow on the top of the Wilkerson. Should I hire a service person to do this? Thank you in advance
