Need help locating fuses

1.  Map light and table lamp on passenger side were working and are not currently and there is no power coming to wires for the lamp, I think I blew fuse when I removed lamp for DW so she could try and give it distressed look.  Where is a good place to start? where is fuse?

2.  door lock actuators on passenger side are working and have power but on drivers side looks like I don't have power.  I have replace 2 actuators on drivers side and started to replace the ones on passenger side and realized they didn't have any power going to them when I started on the 1st one.  Blown fuse? where is fuse?

3. Replaced water fill solenoid with ball valve and pex pipe.  Two wires attached, black going to light in bay and white going to I assume fill switch in wet bay.  Pump still comes on.  Still chance of freezing weather so still have coached winterized. What should I do with these two wires?

4.  Removed captains chairs and started pulling up carpet and had some dampness on floor on both driver and passenger below windows.  There is no leak that I could see on drivers side other than a drip coming from top of curtain rail in the middle of windshield (I assumed this was from the 5 lights above, and caulked those this week, and hasn't rained since) Passenger side window has discolored wood below it all the way across but I have checked several time when it was pouring down and no leak is noticeable on surface.  Should I caulk around both windows with Geocel? Any other place to look? Suggestions are appreciated!

Check your bed pedestal for the 12v fuse panel.  There are also some relays & breakers behind a vertical panel under the passenger side dash.  That panel pulls loose without tools. I think your issue is probably in the fuse panel though.

Not sure I understand the wiring question but, if I do, I'd say you just need to cap them off and abandon in place.

No telling on the water leak without tracking it to it's source.  I'd try to verify where it's coming from before randomly caulking.  Maybe a garden hose from the outside with someone inside looking for water. Start low and work your way all the way to the roof.

I've mentioned this in other posts:  Connect a  tone generator  to the load end and check your fuse panel with the tone sensor.  These tone generators are in-expensive and can really save a lot of time and grief.  I you desire to, you can trace the wire over its entire length and find a broken wire if you have one.  The most beneficial application for me has been finding relays that you don't have a clue where they are.  Have a great day  ----  Fritz

I need a Foretravel for dummies book :D.  Am I correct when I assume the only breaker "box" and Fuse "box" are located on the front of the bed panel?  Is there another one located anywhere else?  I just ordered a tone generator.  I think I need a Electric/12v for dummies book as well!  Just rained here for about 2 hrs and the drip has stopped on the top of the windshield, keeping fingers crossed on marker lights on top of windshield were the culprit.

I found the relays behind the panel in front of the passenger seat.  Could someone educate me a little as to their purpose? How do they work?

There are full schematics that should have been provided in a book when you bought the coach.  They'll tell you exactly what each wire and relay does, down to the numbers that are printed on the wires.  It's a very good resource.  The relays under the dash control lots of various things.  Everything from preventing your tv from turning on while the ignition is on (safety lockout, can be overriden there if you choose to do so) to many other systems on the coach.  You will also have another set of relays/breakers behind a panel in one of your middle bays.  Your water pump relay and several others are there.  Then you have the 12v DC fuse panel and the 110v AC breakers at the bed pedestal, which both should be marked to tell you which circuits they control.  That's how my U295 is setup anyway.  I bet you'll find a burnt fuse for the coach lights circuit in the 12v panel.  No need to wait for a tone generator to fix that.

I think many of the "relays" under the front passenger dash are actually self-resetting CBs.

You can order a set of drawings from FT for your coach.  They may also be available in the documents file on the Forum.  It will take some searching.

Your windows use a gasket to seal to the walls under the outside lip.  At this age, they tend to shrink and leak, especially at the corners.  On my coach, I have round window corners and a square cutout in the wall so very easy to develop a leak if the gasket shrinks.  Many of mine were compromised.  I have replaced all of mine.  Gasket material available from Xtreme by the foot.

  The attached print (for my model/yr) coach indicates the feed for the  map light and table lamp is Ckt. 12 (fuse), these fuses are located at foot of bed.
  I think the feed for storage bay door locks are in the main storage bay, located behind a white removal able fiberglass panel on DS of coach. There are relays and ckt breakers in the panel.  The circuit breaker may need to be reset using a skinny wooden stick (pop sickle stick). There is a very small, hard to see button on the side of ckt breaker.

Got the lights back on it was a blown fuse on box by the bed!

Thanks Dave A & bdale, I will check out the feed in the storage bay, think I saw that fg panel.
