Powerwatch no read volts

Greeting forum, I have written before eng bat dead no start. Lived in rv 4 months and couldn't open door to check water level in house batteries. I had no problem until I got home MH no start, eng bat dead. Finally got driver side door to bat and fuel tank opened, had to remove propane tank cup hole to pull cable. Found two of 6 house batteries bad, replaced house batteries.  We connected to shore power heard couple clicks of ATS100. Usually only 1 click, checked powerwater and it didn't show voltage, no green or red light. Started gen showed 120v no green or red polarity lite. I'm think ATS100 has problem.any thoughts, 96 U320.ps when this started had overload light on Powerwatch panel, which chech good now as far as no overload.
Thanks Michael

Michael,

IF (repeat IF) you are safe working around 240 VAC, remove the lid from the ATS.  Check for power IN and power OUT.

Red to white or green= 120 VAC
Black to white or green= 120 VAC

If true 50 amp shore power, red to black= 240 VAC
