Mid turn lamp amber LED source needed.

One of my LED mid turn amber at belt line lights  became half filled with water, and  only the 6 top leds (out of 18 total) now work. Drilling a hole in the bottom, flooding with electrical cleaner, then draining was no solution.  These are sealed lights.  (I have since drilled small drain holes in the bottom of the  other 3 lights just in case of future water intrusion).

I found an exact match in a local truck parts supplier, but with one incandescent bulb instead of 18 LEDs.  I bought it and installed it for now.

That replacement (exact size, shape, wiring connector, and mounting holes) incandescent light is part no TL 22004Y.  Link to the  incandescent version is: Truck-Lite Indicator-Side Turn W/O Dspl 22004Y

5 7/8" by 2 3/8", 3 wires used (tail lights, turn, ground).  Picture one is the damaged LED version that I  removed.

Also at top clearance lights side, amber, does anyone have a source for picture 2?  I will measure it when I get a ladder out after a couple of days of moving. I may be able to get that one working again. No water currently in it.

These lights were likely all installed at one of the shops in Nac.  FOT, MOT, or extreme.

EDIT: pics are not  loading due to size.  See link above for shape.  I may be able to manipulate the pictures and add them later.  Thanks!

This is our recent 'wonderful looking' 3-wire side light:

We also had problems with previous choice and it did not look great.
