1993 OEM HWH 6 pack manifold delaminated/burst

All fixed. My coach was leaking down overnight in lower temps. The manifold was shot. HWH milled a new one for me. I had new wiring and solenoids installed. 1.2 CB's for everything. My front manifold still looks new.

I think this might be cheaper than if you had done it yourself. Close anyhow. The price HWH quoted me for the blank manifold was $802. When you add in six new solenoids and wiring, I'm thinking you did alright!

It's nice to know that there is still a source for brand new manifolds.  If you are in the situation of needing to replace one, the chances of finding a good used OEM manifold that fits a specific series HWH leveling system is probably slim to none.

Hey, Chuck. How about a little more optimism there! (I'm still looking for one).

Question-- Does anyone have a 6-pack manifold out of a 1999 320  or equivalent that hasn't been trashed? I would be glad to pay shipping if it was sent to me.  Mine are looking rough but still functioning fine.  Since I have the equipment I was thinking I would try my hand at building one.  Just PM me if you have one and I'll make arrangements for shipping.  Also, if anyone knows what year models are the same I would appreciate that information.
Thanks

My son has a Bridgeport mill that is computer controlled... I would think that with the right CAD file (which would take some doing to be sure), it could be duplicated. I suppose that might infringe on HWH's intellectual property, so could not become a commercial venture, though I imagine just like the HWH plunger rebuild kits, it could be done as a service at cost. Hmm...

We had the front six pack manifold replaced in February at MoT.  They charged us $808.96 for the manifold and 6 new solenoids.  Our old manifold was deteriorated pretty severely.

Are the manifolds being exposed to road grunge starting to be a problem ?
A friend relocated his front manifold (on a Newell but should apply here) to his front side compartment.  Said the only hard part was making a bracket to mount the manifold to.  The tubing and wires were easily extended.  I have that on my to do list, pretty far down the list though.

Agree - ours are original and still in good shape.  Coach has lived in dry (arid, actually) areas of the country 98% of life.  In all likelihood never parked on the beach, or driven on snowy or icy roads.  Photo below of front manifold after trip to beauty parlor (my workbench):

Long, long ago, in my model airplane days, we used antifreeze in an old crock pot (low heat), to clean aluminum engines. Made them shine like new!
