2003 Stock Electric Shade Question

Is anyone knowledgeable about the factory shades in our 2003?    They all worked great except that one had the up and down reversed.  I should have left it alone I suppose. 

Today I got the book out and also went to YouTube for Somfy trying to get that one shade direction reversed.  It never reacted the way the directions said so I gave up.    Now tonight it came about half way down and stopped and won't go either direction.    Any suggestions?  We have several days left on this trip so I don't want to lose programming on the other shades by doing something wrong.

Only one guy at Somfy knows about our old shades. Talked to him today. Call Somfy and talk to Mike Grady ext. 3532.  By the way, found out limit switches on our shades are two buttons on the end of the motor. Not with the remote.
