New floor and other goodies

Got the coach back today after a month long stay at FOT.. I had a rotted area on the plywood under the laminate near the slide, to repair it the slide had to be pulled off the coach and the old floor pulled up to deal with problem areas. It appeared some sealant around the slide opening had gone bad and allowed water to get to the plywood subfloor.. so the DW got new floor in the living area.. While the slide was out I had them go ahead and replace slide seal.. The seal seemed to be ok but it was 19 years old and the slide was out for for floor repair. Also I noticed on the way home my air gauges that use to go from 120 to 90 psi in about 2 minutes now while driving now hold relatively steady.. hummm maybe the bladder did have an issue..  Also had a MCD shade installed in front on the windshield. Also while the chairs were out had a couple of things fixed on then.. the DW was very surprised when I told her her foot rest now worked as it should, a couple of brownie points for that one.. also my right arm rest now comes down where I can use it..
Rudy rode with me today and leaving nac we went by a alignment place he knows of and got the front end checked and lubed.
So the list is
New slide seal and manifold
Flooring repaired and sealant corrected to prevent this from happening again
New floor
MCD front shade
Front end alignment, all done manually the old fashion way.. toe set at 3/16
Chairs worked on to make them work as they should

FOT did an ok job but I wasn't totally happy with the cleanliness of their work.....

Yes I cried when it was time to pay😢

Your upgrades look really nice.  I  have notice some run the floor north and south while others east and west.  I like both, but believe the east to west makes the coach look wider to the eyes.  Just an opinion.  Also like the color of the flooring you picked out.  Is this the flooring with cork on the bottom?

The floor is mannington adura glue down. The box says vinyl backing...I wasn't ask which way I wanted the planks to run, I assume it would have more work(Labor) to go east west instead of north south but I don't know that for sure.. the DW was happy with how it turned out so I am happy too..

Looks great! I am thinking of Cali Bamboo cork flooring. I was going with the vinyl flooring at first but then saw the cork. Love the look of it.
The damage to your floor again makes me glad I went with a non slide coach. Just one less thing to worry about. But sure like the room you have.
