You can always skip your diuretics.
We try for 250 mile days and when doing so stop every two hours for a stretch and to allow the tires to cool down. Keeping in mind that on the previous coach the tires were running right at their maximum weight. I love my Foretravel.
We too have an infrared pyrometer, but we use it mainly for troubleshooting and pan frying.
