Dometic fridge - fins fell out

I was just in the fridge and a double fin dropped off. How do I reattach?

Thanks.

If you are talking about the aluminum fins in the back inside the fridge, I believe they are held in with a couple of screws.

While you were in the fridge, did you hit the fins with your elbow?

The fins are attached to a heavy aluminum plate that is held to the evaporator coil with long sheet metal screws.  I can't remember how the fins are held to the plate. On mine it's either rivets or screws.  Wouldn't you think Dometic would use stainless steel hardware?  The plate uses a heat conductive mastic that also keeps the frost from pushing the cold plate away from the tubing.

Are there screw holes in the fins, mastic on the back of them or any screws laying about?

How about a couple of pictures?

That's it, although I thought that with adequate warning you could just smoosh up the mastic that's there and re-install the cold plate.  Rather than pulling a Hazel and cleaning it all out. Be careful matching up the hardware.  It might be my eyesight but I have a hard time telling the difference between #10 and #12 screws.  When I changed out my cooling unit I used stainless steel screws from Lowes.

If you can get it dry, JB weld would transfer heat and cold.

Thanks! When we get home from this trip I'll shut it down and dry it out.
