Audit 2U9

Would anyone be able to tell me what those two components on this little circuitboard are resistor ,capacitor ? thank you still looking for used tank sensors .

The output power supply should be no more than 5.2 V unfortunately when designed has an output of 8.2v which is causing the sensors to burn out I was able to install an  external 5vdc power supply to one sensor and I have that functioning now properly . I was able to find and purchase new pressure sensors but I still need to know what those components are on the little circuitboard without those I cannot get the sensor to work properly .  I just can't give up on this system Yet! Thank you 😊 john

Which circuit board is that?

Steve did some work on creating replacement tank sensors years ago.  I can see if he has any technical info to share.

On my original tank sensor which was made of brass I was able to turn it on the lathe until I was able to remove the  pieces .the small little sensor was soldered to that circuit board .  All encapsulated in  epoxy  and then dropped into a brass plug

OK, I thought that might be it (it's been a while).  I *think* we might have notes on a resource for a replacement circuit board.  Let me do some digging.

What I was able to dig up is that the schematic for that circuit board is provided in the application note for the pressure transducer chip.  The app note includes those component values.  I couldn't find our files on the project so they're either in a box somewhere in the RV barn or we purged them.

If you need a new board, you'll have to design one up and send the design files to one of the small-batch/prototype PCB fab shops).  That's what we had done.

Thank you for your reply . I was hoping that someone would have one of these old circuit boards laying around who could've actually take measurements and tell me it's 101 on resistor and so many microfarads of capacitor. I would just purchase those two components and wire them directly without even using a circuit board but I'll continue to play with this . thank you for your support , enjoy your weekend 🚍
