slide room power source
2002 U295 purchased a couple months ago with the LR slide not functioning. The po had given up on trying to fix the slide. After MANY hours of diagnoses traced it down to the pin locks. I do not like throwing parts at anything that appears broken. Wanting to get some advise from HWH I was put on a "call list" with no idea for a call back time frame. It's been 4 weeks now. So dove back in and traced it to a broken magnet inside the top rear pin lock. went to the local hardware store and in their clearance rack found 2 tool magnet hooks with just the correct dimensions for $3.00. Unbelievable! Slide now works. The only issue is now when extending the locks retract and it starts to move then stops and the control panels loose power. Delay of about 1-2 min and they come back online then the slide will continue to extend. leads me to think it must be a circuit breaker to the control panel or does the module control this with a breaker? Any advise on where the breaker is? I have not found it in the front breaker/relay or compartment panels. Thanks, Jim.
