Search for members

We purchased a '98 U295 last year, and have found lots of good information on this site. It occurred to me that if the previous owner also used this site, it would help to see a history of that person's posts. I know the previous owner's name, but not what they called themselves on here. Is there a member search function here?

Hover over "Community"  click "Members" .  Towards the upper right is a "search for members"

It won't find a name, but if part of their name is in the e-mail address on record in the database, it might find them.

ETA - (thanks Chuck!) If their coach build number or MC number is in a member record, it can find them that way as well.

You don't list your coach build number in your signature.  You could try searching the build number using the Forum search tool.  In some cases, Forum members mention their build number in a post.  If so, that post (including their Forum name) will show up in a search.

I tried our coach build number in the "Search for Members" tool on the Member List page.  It didn't find me.

But, using the broader Forum search tool, it found 5 posts I made (over 8 years) where I mentioned our build number.
