Replacing wallpaper ideas?

Any ideas on replacing wallpaper?  The paper in our bathroom has several bumps and small separations  that I'd like to repair or replace the whole piece.  We have a  2004 295.

Is the paper easily removable or did it come attached to the backing to FT and they just cut and fit the backing board / wallpaper combination?

Larry, I'm sure others will chime in, but I would think the paper is bonded to the wood.  I would be surprised if they had paperhangers on staff!  But I could be wrong

Just tile over it. Easy and will look good. If you're still wanting to use wallpaper, you could get it off with steam or a heat gun. The product they used is not that tightly bonded, as evidence of it separating from the wall in the upper cabinets.

I redid our bathroom wallpaper due to water intrusion from the window seal leaking into the inner wall. I did a write up on it so you should be able to find it by looking at my posts.
To answer your question, the paper on ours was glued to a thin sheet of wood (Luan), which was then glued to a thin sheet of fiberglass. Let me say, they did a very good job of glueing everything together. I used and the same company that FOT used to buy my material. Although they didn't have my exact same pattern in stock they had one very close. The woman I talked to was very helpful and gave me tips on how to apply the paper which is actually a vinyl that has a cloth backing. Where the wood was rotten from the water the vinyl came off very easy but where the wood was still good it was very hard to get off, even using a heat gun.
Hope this helps.

According to the guide when we took the Foretravel factory tour last month, all the walls are wallpapered, they do not buy pre covered panels.
Supposedly the paper can be removed without too much damage to the plywood panels.

Thanks for the info on your project, Bob.    I don't have water damage but the wallpaper does have some bumps and the seams are noticeable.  Not looking forward to time to remove it.

Any ideas on using Formica on the wall?  On my coach, wallpaper is used on all walls that form outside walls (except of course where is there is wood veneer) and Formica is used on inside walls.

Is wallpaper required where there is more flexing due to temperature changes?

John Haygarth did a memorable renovation on a U240 that I thought turned out quite well and includes wallpaper replacement:

I don't think the new coaches are built the same as the 2004 era ones.  Things have changed in 15 years.

I fixed blemishes, used KILZ on all walls with wallpaper, my wife picked her favorite color, painted for two days and
it looks great.

Not sure of this too late. I also had a small bubble or 2 on the wallpaper. I located a method on the interweb, and it worked great.
I searched Amazon for the BSTEAN Syringe Blunt Tip assortment pack.10ml, 5ml, 3ml, 1ml Syringes 14ga 16ga 18ga 20ga Blunt Needles - Oil or Glue Applicator (Pack of 10).

I previously tried cutting a slit with an Exacto knife and putting in wallpaper repair paste, but that did not leave the result I wanted.

Using the Syringe I was able to make a small hole,  insert the syringe and squeeze the repair paste in working it around the bubble until the area had the paste on all surfaces and squeezed the excess out the hole. It made a really nice repair.
