2007 Nimbus back up Camera

With the amazing help from fellow member "PIButler", I now own a 2007 Nimbus 336.  The one thing I need to fix is the back up camera (it's foggy).  This is not the outside lens as we checked that.  I know there are several new systems out there which make for easy replacement but nothing I see fits into the same space as the existing camera. Have any of you replaced this camera?  The screen is a Panasonic.
