Engine/ECM Problems?

Have a 2009 Nimbus, went to bus barn yesterday. Coach hasn't been started in about a month. Generator started fine. Coach when key was turned on, lights on dash flashed a few times, but nothing else; no clicking, no attempt to turn over. This was displayed on sliver leaf:

Check start batteries for voltage
