Removed old carpet.. professional to install floor couple questions.

See attached pictures.
Questions.
1). There is some moisture in the bedroom in the very back corners.  Especially on the left looking toward the rear. Some on the right.
Now it was a very windy day and I could feel a slight air current coming through the wall on the floor in that corner.  Is that condensation or do I have a water coming in from somewhere.  I'm just saying has some experienced a similar situation.
2). We are deciding to lift the hardwood floor. We heard that it is really hard to take out.  If we left it there would be a quarter inch difference between it and the existing floor.  Any suggestions.
3). On the passenger side of the coach on the floor is a raised section. I assume that is for wires.  I guess we will just cover it with the floor.
4) We were thinking of leaving the carpet where the base of the paggenger chair is and then put the new flooring around it.  If we put the floor there, when we tightened the four bolts that secure the chair that would crush the floor.

Some questions,  just comments, to show what we are doing.
The easy part although time-consuming is getting the carpet out.
Although the 4 bolts on the Captain chair was very difficult. I think it is because of undercoating. There is absolutely no rust under there.
Being a 30 inch waist I was able to get under the coach and sit up why under and secure the bolts underneath.
Anyway it was good to do some physical labor.
Lazy day.  Sunday afternoon...Not.

Only a guess on my end but that looks like stain from when they did the walls? Looks purple or brownish.. if anything maybe from the basement to wall trim outside area(if it is in fact water of some sort).

Here is what I did with transition with hardwood floor and wire chase.

We don't have any slides.
It felt a little wet in a small area.  So if it is coming up from the basement, how would i seal that. 
Also i noticed in the bedroom and up front where the captain chairs are that instead of
the regular padding the padding was black.
Is that to insulate or to reduce outside noise or both?
Is there a similar type of sub floor i should put down in those areas before i put the flooring down.

I would put a dehumidifier in the coach and thourouly dry the floor then use a sealer on the plywood,if it is water it's most likely
coming from above not below.

If you can feel air coming from under the wall then you may have a water leak rather than condensation. Make sure you aren't feeling air coming from under the cabinet drawer.  Look at the belt line trim strip on the outside to make sure that you have a good seal on the top side as this is a place that water can run in and then under the wall joint. 

When we installed Bamboo we pulled the hard wood in the kitchen area up. It wasn't a big problem on our coach. We covered the wire chase to match as the wire chase is needed. We made the top cover removable to be able to access what was there and add more wiring if needed in the future.

In our U225, the bedroom is the coldest room and we have condensation where the wood paneling presses against the steel frame.  Condensation is especially bad along the floor where the air is the coldest.

I had a 30 inch waist back in the late 70s.

Take the outside trim piece off(one with all the screws in) and seal the joint under it. Once you have done that before putting the screws back out a dab of polyurethane caulk in the hole then put screws back. If you find when taking them out they are all rusty then that is your answer more than likely. As Mike mentioned put a line of clear caulk along top of the trim strip after replacement of the screws so water cannot seap thru.
Was the coach used previously as a full time place as I have seen some that have so much moisture in walls it will come out the bottom of the panels. One other possible place for this is if you have a crack in the fibreglass roof and it leaks out wall. I have actually repaired one that this was happening. A very fine crack on the radius edge is where I would first look. Those sections are very thin and it does not take much to fracture. This is the first place I would check out. Get on your hands and knees to check every inch around edge.

First of all I'm jealous of your subfloor. But I guess that's what happens when it's carpet. I had the same issue although not as much on my subfloor in the bedroom. Order damage along the walls on both sides passenger side though was worse. One of the things you can do to check is to open up the upper cabinets and pull the velcro strip off the top wall and look at the metal. See how rusty it is. That could tell you if the water is coming from above or just condensation from the windows. What I did for mine was to use a penetrating epoxy and I put that all along that area to stabilize the plywood and prevent anymore water damage. I had to do that in the bathroom as well around the toilet and along the galley counter in the kitchen.
Since I'm in the middle of redoing my floors, what I'm doing with the wire chase is putting a marine grade flooring product down on it. I'm also going to be putting it on both walls on the steps and around the bed too maybe. It's impervious to water and can be easily cleaned and it looks good. I refuse to put carpet back down.

It could be coming from the screws that hold the rain gutter on. I saw a little water on the wall inside the bathroom. There was some leaves in the rain gutter that had the water dammed up and water was even with the screws. I removed the trash and also took one screw out at a time and put caulk in each hole and reinstalled screws. It stopped my leak.  I have done this on about half of the screws along the gutter hopefully I will get the rest done when it warms up.

When I take the Velcro cover off it's metal underneith aluminum. It doesn't look rusty. There is some kind of red paint on it.

The black padding up front is same stuff that was used to line the generator and engine compartments.  I has a thin layer of lead between two layers of foam.  I didn't notice any difference in sound after removing it and replacing with regular carpet pad.  Used to insulate and reduce noise.

Personally, I would remove the plates that are bolted to the floor for the captain chairs as well.  Then lay your new flooring, mark where the existing holes are and when done, drill out the marked holes and reinstall your chairs.  Much better job.  I also ripped out the wood flooring that was cemented in front of the sink area.  Nothing left to trip on .  I have photos in the remodel section on here, just don't know how to link it here.

The red "paint" could be an overspray of adhesive.
Good point on the rain trough screws as well as all I mentioned, and, include on the roof checking all the equipment up there to make sure no points of entry for rain.
