First outing since I brought it home

I left for Whistler last night to go skiing. When driving it home I could hardly see so one of the first things I did was change the high
low beams to LED bulbs. Last night I could see and It was raining and was really dark. Skiing was great sunshine and deep snow.

I was not familiar with Whistler Resort so I looked it up.  Wow!!  It is quite the ski destination.  I will have to add it to my bucket list.

Whistler is in the top ski destinations  in the world every year and was the place for winter Olympics a few years ago

We left the old RV at a Ft Roberts RV park and took the ferry to Victoria. Butchart Gardens is worth the visit on the island. Back in Vancouver, the aquarium is also a good half day fun destination.

I have been skiing here since the 60's. I do mostly back country skiing now. We had another sunny day to day. Whistler is also
big on Mountain  Biking and as it started as a ski area the biggest weekend is now in the summer.

Back home for the weekend. The 320 is sure fun to drive. I can do all the hills at speed limit or better. If it works I have four pictures
of Whistler Back country. The first one is of my skiing partner and the mountain in the right back ground behind him is Fissile. The next two pictures of me climbing and the forth picture is of me and Whistler in the back ground. Now I have to get back in shape.

Where I am is around 6000 ft. and the Top of whistler is 7160 ft and Fissile is 8100 ft. I haven't skied Fissile for a few years and if
I get back in good shape and the weather is right maybe this year. The day of the pictures is the kind of day to ski it but the
avalanche risk is to high.
