Can't get at.

How do you get at the latch relay and the other relay under the cup holder by the passenger's seat. I need to get at the wiring and
the relays in there and don't see any way to do that.

If yours has the magazine rack you will have to remove the wood plugs and then remove those screws.  Remove the screws that hold the switches that are in the front of the cup holder and pull the switches out of the way.  Now take a flash light and look inside to find the 3 screws that are hid in there. There should be one that is down in the bottom that you will need a long extension to get to.  Once you get these screws loose the whole thing will come out.

Yeah I just went through that pleasant experience. I needed to pull that to insert and install the new keypad to unlock the doors. never thought of removing the switch until John Morales told me about it. Even with the switch out I could only find one screw that was accessible and getting that one out was a real pain in the ass. There's also two screws at the bottom I believe but one of them was broken off. Not sure I could get to that screw if I hadn't already pulled the tile out. I almost took my oscillating tool and cut it out But even if I had tried that the bottom screw would have still kept it in place. Don't bother taking off the top cup holder as it won't give you access to anything that matters. I took mine off and it broke in pieces so now I'm going to have to fabricate a new one.

Oh and when you take the magazine rack off the one on the left side is screwed into the cup holder assembly. So don't try to get that off until you remove the entire unit if you in fact want to remove that. I'm not sure if I'm going to put the magazine right back in place or not. Haven't decided yet.

Thanks both of you, now I have something to work at. The plugs are already out of the rack. I think it was off when the floor was done.
