Bolster pillow on sofa?

I've noticed that in photos of FTs of our era (early 2000's) a triangle shaped bolster pillow between the two couches. It appears to have a wooden piece in the back of it to hold it in place. Are these things sold anywhere? Does that wood thing harm the couches over time?

I'd buy one to try if I could find it.

I got a tan one free! It was in the laundry shack on the free stuff table at the Foretravel factory.
Seems someone traded in their old coach and the cushion was the wrong color. We love it. It sits up against the kitchen cabinetry because our couch doesn't have ends, and I lost the flip so I got the couch to sit on and the DW got the recliner.
