I like having a wireless indoor/outdoor thermometer sensor in the refrigerator so I can monitor the temperature without opening the door. I also keep a thermometer in the freezer.
My Norcold has an automatic defrost cycle to clear the inside refrigerator fins of ice and I think it does so every 43 hours. In very hot weather, that cycle will allow the refrigerator temperature to go over 45 degrees so if I see the temperature go over 42 I turn the refrigerator off for 30 seconds and then turn it back on. That apparently resets the defrost timer.

I have to measure my top vent stack to see if this will fit yet, but wondering if anybody has used one of these?

All the time.
2 of the 140 mm fit our roof stack/vent.

Have had these in 3 different coaches and for me they help in hot weather.

I use 4 of these fans I bought on ebay, held together with wire ties, on the lower end as described by Barry and Cindy here: Refrigerator condenser fan for hot weather

We have them and on the auto setting they are cycling on and off when it's warm outside.  I just haven't been in the 105 degree part of the country yet to test them yet.    Thanks to the pandemic for that.
