I recently had a very good experience with HWH, working with service at HWH was extremely helpful and customer friendly. When arrived home to MD from FL, my leveling system completely failed. In reviewing my problem by telephone with a HWH technician, he asked me to check the dashboard touch pad connection and a few control box connections. when he was unable to determine the problem he advised me to mail both the touchpad dash unit and the control box to HWH. I used Priority mail, 2 day, however, the USPS decided to rout my package to various states 1st North to NH then out West for a total of a 10 days before delivering to Moscow IA. Thankfully, HWH analyzed and fixed the problem quickly, turning around the items in a day and a half. The fix charge was very reasonable $126.00 including a new touchpad cover and $16.00 for return shipping. I reinstalled both items and all worked perfectly!
A rewarding fix of a potentially expensive problem, overall, a very satisfying experience working with HWH and for me!
