How to tighten nut?

Had MOT replace the seal on the black dump valve because I did not want to mess with the confines and the fourth bolt.
They forgot to tighten any of the bolts, sewage took a while to deep out and be noticed, wondered why it stank n the wet bay!!!
Opened it up, the send a part not scraper to dig it out and tightened up the nuts on all four bolts. Problem is the bottom bolt head is not really accessible, what's the trick for tightening it, what do I use to get in behind and below the pipe To tighten the bolt?
Suggestions appreciated

That bottom back bolt is a pain.  I have had luck using a 1/4" ratchet with very long extensions.  The head of the bolt is in a depression such that you really do not need to get a wrench on it, just the nut.

That sucks. Is this behind the wet panel in the dump bin? to be seen? Much of a pain to remove the panel?

Yup,  behind the panel, not very accessible, will attack it tomorrow evening after another day working in 90+ degree weather
Will see if I can get the bottom bolt tighter.

David, I have had all mine apart and back again several times.  Finally cut the cables and installed a single valve.  Created a firestorm on here about that, but that's another story!  Try the 1/4 inch ratchet, universal and 2 long extensions.  It is doable!  Good luck!

I remember that when I did mine I had to put the bolt through from the opposite direction as the others. Seems that made it easier to tighten or something. I think the nut will has serrated edges on it so it will stay still while tightening the other end.

First of all do not tighten those nuts they should just be a bit more than snug. If you do you could stop the blade from moving.
Second what you need to do is drill a hole in the face of the verticle cover that is big enough for a long 3/8 extension to reach that bolt/nut. I did this and it worked well.
Regarding the tightening of bolts you actually can twist the thin moulded unity very easily so that it does not work, I tried it to see.

Thanks for all your help, got them all snuggled down a bit more, left some paper towel under it to see if it still leaks, hoping I have got it fixed.
Sorry now that I had MOT repair it, it had the slightest of leaks, a half cup of water a week that went no where because I added a third dump valve to the end of the pipe.
The sad thing is MOT were not very responsive when I called them, said the mechanic that worked on it screwed up a whole bunch and was let go, I paid because I did not want to mess with it and now I am "messing with it" and the sewage with no mention of a refund from MOT, that will be for another day along with the other refunds I was supposed to get for the other work that was not done, like a new windshield motor that was installed and not bolted in place, resulted in scratched new paint job, damaged the new wiper arms and cost hundreds to get temporary fix done at MOT's direction, a job where they did not put the nuts on the bolts holding it all in place under the dash!
My MOT bill was just over $11,000 and I can't get any satisfaction from them, really poor show. They know FORETRAVEL's but they should not rest on their laurels. Anyway enough about that!!
Thanks again all you guys and gals for your help
