A/C slowed down

Hi everyone,
yesterday i took the filter off the front a/c to clean it. when i replaced it i turned the air back on and everything sounded normal. My a/c's are original, Dometic Duo-therm, and pretty noisy. As i was sitting in the chair it got quieter, like the fan was not blowing/spinning as fast.  Still cooling very well.

Any comments?

Was the fan speed set on "auto" and the fan slowed down?

Yes it was on auto and then slowed down
