What's this toilet

Helping a friend out with toilet problems and we can't find a model or manufacture on toilet does anyone know about this toilet. When you push flush button it flushes and water fills, and it keeps filling?

Looks like a Microphor commode.

It's got a wall switch that is up to add water down to flush

I have a similar toilet.  Mine did the constant running thing.  If you look inside the "tank" you will find all the controls.  There is a solenoid valve that shuts off the water.  It is on the bracket and has the hoses run to it.  Take it apart and you might find that there is some crud stopping it from closing.  Flush it and the lines out and you should be god.

He said you can push the switch to fill and it works but when you flush it it keeps running,like the board itn't telling to shut off. also he wired his house batteries wrong and sent 24v through system, did a lot of damage, the multiplex system  was destroyed so all is fixed and now toilet is acting up, I looked on line for a new board for toilet, no luck, what is model# of Microphor toilet or board part #

Could be a Sealand VacuFlush.  The circuit board with toggle switches looks similar (but you would know by sound (and the presence of a vacuum generator in the basement) that it's a VacuFlush)
