Hate to say it but the ends are only as good as the connection.. kinda like the weakest link scenario

You can have all the UL listings you want but... A to C I am sure something isnt UL listed. Or maybe it was A to Z

Or something like that

Changing my engine start cables on that ties the two batteries together. Brad at FT has them. I have 2 group 34 automotive batteries with very unusual ends. FT has them in  stock

I agree but it's a start.  Not as important unless you have changed  the battery system imo.  If you dead short a flooded. AGM or gel battery no catastrophic results.  Not so, from what I understand,  with li-ion. Am I wrong?

Seen videos of a regular battery being shorted.. Never tried it as I like my body parts but if you want to video it and post it I would watch it..

Negative and positive anything is always a bad situation or for some an inconvenience

Yes positive to negative is never good.  Lithium is flammable

That is a blanket statement and not totally correct either.. your spreading miss information with that statement so maybe you should clarify that not all lithium is flammable. and some are very safe.

I believe that Battery Cable manufacture, "UL" listings, and the such have been exhausted in various extreme discussions. Accept that not all agree with your standards, opinions, or ability to pay additional expense for the sake of just being better than OEM. I agree with some of what everyone says and will apply new knowledge to the extent I desire. Please do not try to force your standards through bantering a subject. State your opinion, your reasoning, and experience and then leave it alone unless someone desires more information. That can be done as a PM. Lets all agree to sometimes disagree and then move on.
